URI design

The former kotobase.net now integrates its operation surface (graph) and documentation surface (docs) under kotoba.cloud paths. Operations: /graph → #knowledge/overview ; documentation: this /docs/graph page. The graph.kotoba.cloud subdomain is not provisioned, to keep one canonical origin.
